148-B Blue Chromate Powder

TO PREPARE A NEW SOLUTION:
Simply add 148-B I and II powders to water and stir until dissolved. No Nitric acid is required.
PRESS CYCLE:
- Zinc plate.
- Water rinse.
- Dip in 148-B solution.
- Cold water rinse.
- Hot water rinse and dry.
It is recommended that barrel work be dried in a centrifuge equipped with an electric or gas heater. Racked work after the final rinse may be dried by cold or hot air.
